Today, the release date for BGMI has been announced, and it is now available for download by Android users.

 

BattleGrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is now available for download on Android devices. Krafton Inc has announced that users can preload the game starting from today, May 27. However, the actual gameplay will begin on May 29. iOS users will be able to download and play the game from May 29, 2023.

Some users have already received an automatic update for the preload process, which started at midnight. Sean Hyunil Sohn, CEO of KRAFTON, Inc. India, expressed excitement about the release and thanked the authorities and users for their support.

To ensure a smooth gaming experience without interruptions, Krafton will stagger the availability and playability of BGMI. Players will be able to join the action-packed battles and showcase their skills on the battlegrounds starting from May 29. 

The Indian government lifted the ban on BGMI earlier this month after Krafton committed to complying with the country's laws. After almost a year-long ban, the new BGMI update will introduce a new map, in-game events, and more.
